This adds the logic for syslog (TCP:5000), Beats (TCP:5044) HTTP (4999).  The syslog could be used for those pesky devices that can't do anything but syslog.

This docker compose changes the replicas to 1 for logstash and for kibana.  It also exposes the below ports
TCP 9200 (ElasticSearch)

TCP 5044 (Beats - Logstash)
TCP 5000 (SYSLOG)
TCP 4999 (WEB)

TCP 5601 (Kibana Web)
